Please read carefully. Terms and Conditions are important for all of us, to ensure a tour runs smoothly with no delays and expectations are set before purchasing tickets.
Tag-Along Tour Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all involved. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.
Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings you make with us online, via email or Direct Debit.
We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these Terms and Conditions.
General Terms
Special Requests: We will make all attempts to satisfy special requests, however, cannot guarantee.
Dietary Requirements: Any requests for special dietary requirements need to be advised at time of booking.
Due to some of our off-grid remote locations we have had to implement a responsible policy for catering to dietary allergies.
As such we can accommodate those dietary requirements that do not challenge our kitchen and food suppliers.
Please inform our team at time of booking if you suffer from any food allergies to ensure that your health and well-being needs are met.
Guarantee Policy: Valid payment details are required at time of booking.​
Identification: Upon arrival Guests may be asked to provide valid photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in, unless previously advised otherwise.
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds and Changes
Rates: All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax), if applicable. Our ABN number is 52713131133 and should be referenced in all correspondence. All prices are subject to availability.
Price: Price is per vehicle with up to 2 adults, or 1 adult & 1 child, unless specified otherwise. Additional participants will incur a fee to cover additional costs. We will also pass on any fees incurred for pets, if permitted on the tour, e.g. at camp sites.
Booking and Payment: Full payment is required when booking the tour.
Payment Details: Your credit card details are required to confirm your booking and will be securely stored in our reservations booking system.
No-Shows / Failure to Cancel: Each booking with Beach2Bush Adventures is subject to a Cancellation Policy.

Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a 100% penalty charge.

If guests choose to shorten their stay or check out early the no Refund Policy will apply.
Amendment and Cancellation Conditions: Notice of amendments or cancellations must be provided in writing and confirmed by Beach2Bush Adventures

There are no refunds for Accommodation or Fully Inclusive Tour Packages identified as non-refundable.

We will do our best to secure another booking to reduce or avoid the need for cancellation charges, whenever possible. Rescheduling will be subject to the availability and Cancellation Conditions.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations 15 days before tour start will receive a full refund minus $20 admin fee. Cancellations 6 to 14 days before tour start will receive 50% refund of the full fee. Cancellations within 5 days of tour start will forfeit full fee.
Third Party Suppliers: Refunds for third party supplied tour, show or activity costs are subject to the third-party supplier’s cancellation policy. Please note: Special Tour Package deposits and credit card fees already processed are non-refundable.
COVID-or pandemic related cancellations: If you have tested positive to Covid 19 or unable to travel as a direct result of border closures or Government imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking

Beach2Bush Adventures will allow you to change your booking dates (subject to availability) for no penalty, or refund the full value of the booking, less any third-party related charges. (Proof of Covid 19 positive test may be requested)
Minimum Participants: Tours require minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be cancelled. Participants will be notified and receive a full refund.
Tour Changes: The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Participant Responsibilities
Vehicle Requirements: Participants must ensure their vehicles are roadworthy, registered, and insured. Some tours may require specific vehicle types, such as 4WD.
Departure Preparation: Participants are required to arrive with a full tank of fuel and all supplies required for the weekend before the advertised meeting time.
Driver Requirements: Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and capable of driving in the conditions expected on the tour.
Compliance: Participants must follow the guide’s instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Behaviour: Respectful behavior towards other participants and the environment is mandatory. Disruptive behavior can lead to removal from the tour without a refund.
Delays: The tour operator will attempt to assist with any vehicle issues, however delays of any kind caused by the participant may result in missing a portion of the tour, or removal from the tour without a refund.
Insurance and Vehicle Assistance
Travel Insurance: Our Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase any relevant travel insurance prior to travel.
Vehicle and Trailer Insurance and Roadside Assistance: Ensure any vehicle and caravan insurance is sufficient for the tour to be undertaken including towage and breakdown.

Ensure vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and when exercising judgment on remote tracks consider worst case scenario when operating vehicle, err on the side of safety

Where possible we will endeavor to support diagnostic or ongoing bush maintenance to get vehicle to next location e.g. township for repair however for some remote tours it may be a requirement to abandon the vehicle verse waiting for repair or tow vehicles.

We carry satellite communications and will endeavour to support these occurrences however refer Force Majeure events.
Force Majeure Event: If your booking is cancelled or is not able to be taken due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), Beach2Bush Adventures will offer you a FULL refund less any unrecoverable costs (including but not limited to recoveries from third party suppliers and any other costs incurred to sell the package).​
Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to, any act of, event or cause including floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning, storms or other acts of God, industrial disputes, breakage of machinery, or arising out of any other unexpected and exceptional cause, delays in transport and dispositions or orders of Governmental authority which prevents a trip to commence, continue or be completed.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary;
By booking the tour you and all parties agree to adhere to the Beach2Bush Adventures Terms & Conditions and any additional Terms and Conditions specific to that tour.

Beach2Bush Adventures, both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever.

Beach2Bush Adventures shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non-performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.
Health: You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel including disclosure of any medical or health constraint that could impact or effect your travel.
First Aid: Beach2Bush Adventures will only provide first aid and render assistance to a level of First Aid only, please provide any details of any prescribed medication you are presently taking and any side effects.
Other Conditions
​​Firearms: Firearms and weapons are not permitted on tours.
Health and Safety: Participants should disclose any medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate. The tour operator may provide first aid but is not responsible for medical care beyond basic first aid.
Pets: Pets will be dependent on the tour.
Respect Nature: Follow Leave No Trace principles to keep the natural areas pristine.​
