Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Ponchos
- Clothing. All Special Order clothing is ordered with a specific size, therefore are non-refundable. If you've ordered the wrong size please get in touch, to discuss any options.
- Gift cards.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
6. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 35, Bald Hills QLD 4036.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to be received and reviewed may vary.

All in stock orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
