  • Return and Refund Policy

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Ponchos
    • Clothing. All clothing is placed by special order with a specific size, therefore are non-refundable. If you've ordered the wrong size please get in touch, to discuss any options.
    • Gift cards.

    3. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

    4. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at explore@beach2bushadventures.com.au.

    5. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    6. Shipping Returns

    • To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 35, Bald Hills QLD 4036.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to be received and reviewed may vary.

  • Shipping Policy

    Order Processing Time:

    • All in stock orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    • Beach2Bush Adventures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
