Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Ponchos

Clothing. All clothing is placed by special order with a specific size, therefore are non-refundable. If you've ordered the wrong size please get in touch, to discuss any options.

Gift cards.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 35, Bald Hills QLD 4036.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to be received and reviewed may vary.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

All in stock orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
